My stay at the Park Hyatt was quite eventful. While I did enjoy the luxurious atmosphere and outstanding service during the day, my experience was marred by a shocking incident where another guest mistakenly entered my room at night, seriously affecting my rest. Overall, the hotel is a lovely place with spacious rooms and fantastic service, but such incidents are quite concerning for safety.
